Cranberry Pork Roast

this recipe is perfect for the holidays.

you can pop it in your Crock-pot on cold days while listening
to Christmas music and let it fill your house with the most
festive aroma!

it's one of our family's favorites!
in fact, we eat it all year long ; )

here's what you're gonna need:

1-3 lbs boneless rolled pork loin roast
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 16oz can whole-berry cranberry sauce
1/4 cup honey
1 tsp grated orange peel
1/8 tsp ground cloves
1/8 tsp nutmeg

cut the roast in half and place it in the slow-cooker.
sprinkle salt and pepper over it.

combine the other ingredients in a bowl.

doesn't it look delicious already?!

i fell in love with cranberries the first time i made this!
{i always skipped over them at Thanksgiving and Christmas}

pour the ingredients over the pork loin.

cover and cook on low 4-5 hours.

voilà!

mmmm! we like to eat it with homemade bread and a salad.

bon appétit!
