Tomato Bisque

Kraft sent me a magazine several years ago
with this recipe in it
and it's been a family favorite ever since.

seriously, i'm sipping a bowl of it as i type.
it's that good!

it makes 3 servings {3/4 cup each}
and only takes 10 minutes. love!

here's what you need:
1 can {10 3/4 oz} tomato soup
1 soup can of water
3 oz cream cheese {or neufchatel ~ less fat ;)}

heat the soup and water on the stove.
once heated, add the cream cheese
and whisk til it's melted and nice and creamy.

you can even sprinkle black pepper 
or basil for more flavor.

we like to serve it with grilled cheese
{like in the picture}
