pumpkin crumble

with fall knocking on our door, this recipe is definitely festive!








here's what you need:





8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 stick butter, melted


1 can pumpkin
1 teaspoon vanilla
 3 eggs
2 cups powdered sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon nutmeg


 yellow cake mix
 1 stick butter, sliced









cream butter and cheese thoroughly.  
add pumpkin, vanilla, eggs, sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. mix completely.








pour into greased 9 x 13" pan.








top with dry cake mix and sliced butter.


bake 350°F for 45 minutes.











delish!
wouldn't it taste great with some homemade vanilla ice cream? mm..mm..mmmm!
